Relationship: Am I The Wrong Partner?

Wrong Partner2

Perhaps no one has told you. You are the wrong partner.

How many relationships have you had and your ex says you were the cause of him/her hating the opposite sex? How many hearts have you broken causing someone to never really love again?  How many relationships have you repeated the same argument? Had the same bad behaviors and the same results? How many of your relationships ended the same way— in anger?

It is not the relationship. It is not the other person.  It is you.

You are the wrong partner. Yes, you are creating damage to others, and most of your relationships end because of you.

Look inside yourself. How do you handle your partner? Is it with love, care and concern? Are you selfish and just need to be with someone in order to avoid being alone? Why are you really in a relationship if you are not loving and caring?

Do you try to learn your partner? Do you take time and talk to him/her about their perspective on life, the past, their goals, and vulnerabilities. Or do you just judge and criticize without understanding?

How are your disagreements? Are they mostly in anger to the point where you do not solve most arguments? Are the arguments highly dramatized, or are they directed towards giving and taking in the areas of listening and talking? What have you learned about your partner at the end of each disagreement? Does the argument end peacefully or does it end where you are distant and cold?  Does it take time for you to warm up again? Why can’t you talk about it, resolve it, and get over it?

When have you said the words, “This is my fault”.  When was the last time you apologized? How many times have you pushed aside how you felt and made peace because there was something in the equation bigger than your feelings?  Or is it your partner who makes the peace, because he/she cares about the relationship?

Are you so selfish that everything is all about how you feel? Are you capable of seeing another’s point of view? Or is it all about you?  Are you entitled? Do you think your partner is wrong all of the time?

Do you know how to resolve anything? Do you even try?

Are you controlling and dominating all the time?  If the results are not as you see it, do you become upset that it is not the way you think it should be?

Are you loyal to the relationship enough to make it work? Or are you loyal to only yourself?

Are you easily flustered? Must your partner accommodate your frustration in order to avoid an argument? Do you take the time to explain?  Are you an angry partner? Do you work on yourself in order to work through your anger; or is everything you are angry about the fault of everyone else? What fault of your own lies in your life? Do you know why you are angry? It has nothing to do with your partner. You went into the relationship harboring anger.

Are you giving or are you a taking?  Do you take advantage of your partner? Does your partner feel used? Have you even considered or asked how he/she feels— especially if they give and are there when you need them?

Do you take ownership of the relationship when it is weak and take the initiative to fix or work it out? Or do you have too much pride and shun your partner until he/she fixes it?

Are you capable of opening your heart?  Does your partner feel your love?

Are you pushy, boisterous, and loud? Are you the drama maker?  Do you push your partner to anger?  Do you silently brood and have a tendency to shut down? This makes you the silent killer of communication.

Do you disrespect your partner, by opening your mouth and saying anything, without a filter or regard for his/her feelings, yet you demand respect?

If you rarely apologize— you are not the solution.  If you think your partner is wrong most of the time, you are not the solution.  If you cannot see he/she is hurting, you are not the solution.  If you can walk away from the relationship, knowing you are the problem, you are not in the relationship to build; you are in it for some self gratification.

You must identify your faults, rather than focus on your needs.  Take time to identify your same behaviors that come up again and again.  Note that you get the same results, again and again.  This cycle reflects very little to no growth on your part.  You can change each behavior, one action at a time, as situations arise.  Choose to be the solution.  Start fixing things.  Begin by apologizing and admitting fault.  The answer to you and your relational problems reside right within your heart.  Open your heart and allow Love in.  The answers you find will make you a good partner.

It takes courage to see truth and repair the damage you have done.

Unleash Those Sexual Inhibitions!

Unleash Those Sexual Inhibitions2

This post is written in context of being an uninhibited Lover.  Being a good Lover covers the whole gamut of being in an exclusive relationship, marriage, and single or in between relationships.

Sexual inhibitions exist due to sexual insecurity.  We must strengthen these insecurities in order to have sexual freedom.  In order to be free from inhibitions, you must be sexually secure. Confidence comes with security.

Being sexually free has a number of contributors, like one’s knowledge of sex, technique, experience, sexual style, diet, expression, continual exploration, sexual presence, keeping the sex tools in shape, and the more you learn about sex the more you will have the continual appetite for sex.

Ensure your equipment is always at maximum performance. This means keeping the punani tight and keeping the pipe hard. There is absolutely no compromising on that.

Building sexual knowledge is an absolute necessity.  The desire for learning should never get old. I always recommend novels by HoneyB, or any book regarding sensuality.  The book named, “The Tao of Sexology” should be in every Lover’s library.

Removing all restricting childhood tales and sayings is another way to unleashing. That stuff is outdated. All the sayings of what a good girl does not do?  Well, the bad girls are in. It is so good to be bad in bed! Know you are sexually deprived, and you are not complete without full sexual satisfaction.  Go and get sexed up.

Women: become sexually familiar with yourself. Men are much better than we are at this.  Know what you enjoy while having sex. Where do you enjoy a sensual bite the most? The sexiest women explore their bodies.  Get an erotic massage every now and again.

Know the various scents that work for your body. Too much cologne implies you are trying to cover up something.  Always smell good in your hot spots.

Eat the right foods and look delicious!

Working out builds energy and a sexual appetite.  Working those kegels and the pipe also builds sexual desire.  Being consumed with sexual desire is another way of letting go in bed!

Men: you loose your penile length when your belly is hanging down. You might as well be taking steroids and we know the side effects of that—- penile shrinkage!

Think sex. All the time. Study sex. Then you will exude it. You will begin to bring something new to the bedroom. Creativity comes from continual thought.

Women: less is not always more when it comes to being sexy. Too much exposure diminishes your sexual quality.  Men got your number; and you may get laid but you will also get played. Being a ho does not always denote sexual freedom.

Freedom comes with a sexy aura that comes from within. You can’t fake it. Your body language is smooth, confident, and all of that comes with an edge. That edge is the threshold of heat and passion.

Women: every man you have sex with is not the one.  If you lay down, learn to get up emotionally free. Just enjoy the ride. Some of the greatest things in life are only passing through.  Cannot detach? Don’t lay with him.  Having experiences where you are attached, when you should be detached, makes you emotionally deficient. There is no sexual freedom in that.

Sex is not about quantity, it is about quality.  How many satisfied lovers are in your portfolio? How many call backs do you get requesting more of your good loving?

Uninhibited is not associated with crass, raw language and amateur sexual techniques that are a turn off.  Your sex talk should be alluring, engaging, inviting, and a turn on.

Men who do girls (at least by age in comparison) and virgins, are often inhibited with an uninhibited woman.  You aren’t dealing with someone who needs to be taught, like a girl. You are dealing with a lover who can teach you something.  Release your sexual   inhibitions with an experienced woman.

Those who are sexually aligned can sense sexual weakness, regardless of how much you may talk.  If you still can’t land your target in bed, strengthen your game.  Too much talk can also serve as an expose of your limitations.

Do you use the same techniques, all the time?  Revamp them.  Sex is giving of yourself.  It is not a dance where all the moves are rehearsed.

Always get caught up in the zone.  It is a place where you lose yourself.  When both of you are riding the zone, unexpected and wonderful things happen.  Magic takes over!

Do you have sexual hang-ups? You need a sexual over haul.  Explore the opposite of everything you “think” you know about sex. Dump it and integrate something new, a little at a time.

You like to give out orders while having sex? No one wants to sex a drill sergeant (unless you gear up to dominate!) If you can only get off a certain way, you are not sexually free.

As the famous Nike saying goes, “Just do it!”   Take that adventurous leap! What have you got to lose other than your sexual mind!

If you cannot kiss, please learn how. A great kiss is one of the best foreplay moves.  If you pucker up too much, you are uptight.  Get a good kissing friend to teach you.

Men: if you can’t dance, you cannot sexually groove. A guy who is awkward, is awkward is bed. Get in the groove!  Check out this scene from the movie “Hitch” where Will Smith gives dancing lessons.  They are simple, but sexy.  Besides the slap in the face, it is a really good scene:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bH0OXsmsbQ

When it comes to being uninhibited, you must remove every physical obstacle, especially if you are uncomfortable with yourself. You may never confess you lack sexual self confidence, but we can feel it. Love yourself enough to be comfortable with yourself, and you will be your best self, and then you will bring your best self.

Remove the “after stress” of sex by using condoms. Have the best fun, be a freak, but always be safe. You don’t want to chance not being able to enjoy sexual freedom in the future or not living to see the future.

Your experiences as a great uninhibited Lover will put you on the Wanted Lover’s List that will have your Lover’s doors always open just for you.
